I Am Proud of Our Shared Journey. Araik Harutyunyan on Arshavir Ghahramanyan

The newly elected President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, writes on his Facebook page: “I have known the state and military figure, ‘Hero of Artsakh,’ and devoted servant of our homeland, Arshavir Ghahramanyan, since the years of war. His contribution to the victories in the Artsakh war and the process of nation-building is invaluable.

I am confident that with his knowledge and military experience, he will continue to be useful for many years to come in improving the security system of our homeland. I am proud of our shared journey, General.”

It is noteworthy that earlier, Arshavir Ghahramanyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, was relieved of his duties at his own request.
