Today, an investigator from the Investigative Committee sent a notice to Hayrapetyan via criminal police to appear for questioning. It is naive to believe that the investigator does not know that Ruben Hayrapetyan has been abroad for a long time for medical treatment, and due to the pandemic, he cannot return to the country in one day.

What we see is yet another attempt to create the illusion of acting within the legal framework, as if the individual is notified to appear for questioning according to the law, and the next day they scream that he is hiding from the investigation. Don’t bother; this method is exhausted and condemned...

It raises the question: to what extent, fellas, have any of you ever been to the museum of the NKVD prison in Tomsk? If given the chance, be sure to visit… I’m confident that much will change within you… there are cases brought back then based on the testimonies of heroes Yezhov and Beria… Tomorrow’s history museum will also have plenty of such cases in our homeland, but I wouldn’t want to see your names in those cases.
