Mikael Minasian Continues Video Messages: Constitutional Changes Referendum is a 'Theater'

Mikael Minasian, son-in-law of former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and former ambassador to the Vatican, referred to the constitutional changes referendum as a 'theater' in a new video posted on his Facebook page. According to him, the rapidly adopted state of emergency law allowed him to avoid the defeat that Prime Minister Pashinyan was terrified of. The former ambassador stated that the public was likely to go out and reject the 'great constitutional theater.'
Minasian is convinced that after all this, Pashinyan utilized the last opportunity in his arsenal — the law on 'Illegal Enrichment.' In doing so, Pashinyan emptied his armory.
