Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan Sends Congratulations to Russian President and Prime Minister
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent congratulatory messages to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of victory in the Second World War.
On May 9, the Prime Minister of Armenia also extended congratulations to the leaders of the CIS member states, including President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus, President Sooronbay Jeenbekov of Kyrgyzstan, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow of Turkmenistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, President Igor Dodon of Moldova, and President Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan.
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of victory in the Second World War, congratulatory messages have been sent to the Prime Minister of Armenia from President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin of the Russian Federation, and the leaders of the CIS member states.
In his congratulatory message, President Vladimir Putin stated:
"Dear Nikol Vovayi, I sincerely congratulate you and all the citizens of Armenia on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. Our peoples sacredly honor the memory of the heroes who, with their courage on the frontlines and selfless work in the rear, helped achieve victory over Nazism and safeguard peace for future generations. I am convinced that the friendship forged during the difficult trials of the military years will continue to serve as a reliable foundation for the further development of Russian-Armenian allied relations and strengthening multifaceted partnership cooperation, helping us to jointly face modern challenges, including the pandemic of the coronavirus. Please convey my sincere wishes for good health, happiness, prosperity, and long life to all veterans and workers in the rear living in the Republic of Armenia."
In his congratulatory message, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin wrote:
"Dear Nikol Vovayi, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. On this solemn day, we pay tribute to the Russians and Armenians who fought side by side against fascist invaders for the peaceful life of future generations. I am confident that the combat friendship forged through the trials of war will serve as a reliable foundation for the strengthening of Russian-Armenian cooperation and partnership, as well as for the further development of integration within the Eurasian Economic Union. Dear Nikol Vovayi, please convey my deep gratitude to the veterans residing in Armenia, along with my wishes for prosperity, good health, and longevity."
