Flags of Six Armenian Divisions Transferred from Mother Armenia Military Museum to Veterans

Shushan Stepanyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, wrote on her Facebook page: “#Victory75 is a very unique 'flashmob' of the continuity of victorious generations.”

The servicemen of the Honor Guard of the Armed Forces of Armenia are taking out the battle flags of six national divisions that participated in the Great Patriotic War from the Mother Armenia Military Museum and handing them over to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

The veterans are en route to the military airport where the flags will be handed over to the pilots of the Armenian combat aviation. Moments later, the combat aircraft of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia take to the skies and perform a ceremonial flight over the Victory Park, symbolizing the enduring spirit and strength of the Armenian people.
