Entry and Exit Restrictions Imposed in Shahumyan Region

The Artsakh authorities have signed a new decision. According to this decision, a series of entry and exit restrictions are being implemented in the Nor Verinshen community and the Chapni village of the Khnaravan community in the Shahumyan region.

“Prohibit the entry and exit of people and vehicles, except for the movement of individuals for the supply of essential goods, supplies, food, medication, and fuel, as well as the circulation of automotive transport on the Karvachar–Nor Verinshen–Martakert highway,” the decision states.
