The former director of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, who is also the chairman of the board of trustees of the 'Homeland' Development Foundation, made a post on his Instagram page and shared a photo.

Arthur Vanetsyan wrote: 'The first meeting of the 'Homeland' Development Foundation council has just concluded. Around 70 applications for grants were discussed.'
