New Deputy Appointed to NSS Director

The Director of the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia, Argishti Kyaramyan, has been appointed as the deputy director based on a decree signed by President Armen Sarkissian.
"Taking into account the recommendation of the Prime Minister, in accordance with the first part of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as the second part of Article 18 of the Law on Service in the National Security Bodies, Argishti Kyaramyan is appointed as the Deputy Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia,” the decree states.
