Document Prepared by Artsakh’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Distributed at OSCE

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh has issued a statement informing that a document prepared by the Ministry has been distributed at the OSCE in connection with the 29th anniversary of the "Ring" operation carried out by Azerbaijan against the Armenian population of the border villages of Artsakh. This document was previously published on the Ministry’s website and provided to the media.

It is worth reminding that the Artsakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that international recognition of Artsakh would serve as an additional deterrent to Azerbaijan's ambitions to unleash a new war.
