Materials Related to Mikhail Minasyan's Statement Sent to the Special Investigation Service
The publications of media regarding the video of Mikhail Minasyan, former Armenian Ambassador to the Vatican, have been recorded as part of ongoing monitoring conducted by the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office and have been forwarded to the Special Investigation Service of Armenia. This was stated by Gor Abrahamyan, an advisor to the Prosecutor General of Armenia, in an interview with Tert.am.
“The publications have been sent to the Special Investigation Service with the instruction to prepare materials in accordance with Articles 180-181 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia and to provide legal assessments of the circumstances mentioned in the video,” Abrahamyan conveyed.
Earlier, it was reported that Minasyan had announced in his video that Arthur Vanetsyan, the director of the National Security Service, expressed a desire to meet with him at the instruction of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and during the meeting offered to transfer a symbolic amount of money to one of the Armenian foundations in exchange for not initiating criminal cases.
