As of Today, We Have 65 Citizens in Critical Condition; 9 Connected to Artificial Ventilation Devices, Says Arsen Torosyan
In recent days, the increase in infection rates is linked to several factors, starting with the easing of restrictions and also the emergence of localized outbreaks where rules have not been well adhered to. This was noted today by Health Minister Arsen Torosyan during an outdoor meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Deputy Prime Minister, and Chief of the COVID-19 Crisis Management Committee, Tigran Avinyan.
He mentioned that, for instance, an infection case was recorded during a mourning ceremony: “Yes, we must respect our deceased, but protecting living individuals should be more important. I would be very saddened if any of these individuals experience a severe case and we are unable to save them.
