Ryanair Plans to Resume Operations Starting July

Ryanair, the budget airline that has suspended operations for 99% of its fleet due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is preparing to return in July. This information was reported by thesun.co.uk, noting that at the same time, the company plans to cut 3,000 jobs.

The airline expects to operate only 1% of its regular schedule by June amidst travel restrictions, while from July onwards, it aims to resume operations with a more 'reasonable' timetable. The company has also stated that ticket prices will be significantly discounted upon its return.

Passengers will be required to wear masks and undergo temperature checks. It is not ruled out that regulators may require the airline to keep the middle seat empty in each row to ensure social distancing. However, Ryanair has indicated that if such a requirement is imposed, they will not resume flight operations.
