Restrictions Lifted in Karvachar

According to the Information Headquarters of Artsakh, temporary restrictions on the right to free movement were established in the communities of Kojoghut, Haterk, and Verin Horatagh in the Martakert region, as well as in the Karvachar region of Shahumyan and in the communities of Tsitsernavank, Mirik, and Moshatagh in the Kashatagh region, by the decision No. 5 adopted by the Artsakh Commander on April 14, 2020.

In the decision No. 7 made on April 17, 2020, the restrictions were lifted for the communities of Tsitsernavank, Mirik, and Moshatagh in the Kashatagh region. Subsequently, in the decision No. 10 dated April 28, 2020, the previously established restrictions were lifted in the communities of Kojoghut, Haterk, and Verin Horatagh in the Martakert region.

As per the new decision No. 11 issued by the Artsakh Commander today, May 2, 2020, the previous decision is declared null and void, meaning that the previously established restrictions are lifted in the Karvachar community of the Shahumyan region.
