Prime Minister Makes New Appointment

By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Hamlet Batikyan has been appointed as the chief secretary of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures.

According to the decision, "Guided by part 16 of Article 10 and part 1 of Article 16 of the Law on Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia, and based on points 147 and 151 of the government decision No. 1554-N of December 27, 2018, Hamlet Gagiki Batikyan has been appointed as the chief secretary of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures."
