Number of Coronavirus Deaths in the U.S. Approaches 60,000: Worldometer

According to the international statistical service Worldometer, the total number of coronavirus cases worldwide has reached 3,138,886, with 218,010 deaths and 956,057 recoveries. Currently, there are 1,964,819 active cases globally, with 56,966 patients (3%) in serious condition.

The United States has the highest number of infections and deaths from the pandemic. The virus has claimed the lives of 59,266 people in the country, and to date, 1,035,765 people have been infected with coronavirus.
