Major Car Accident in Kotayk: 1 Person Dead, 4 Injured

A major and tragic car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. According to SHAMSHYAN.com, around 7 PM today, a head-on collision took place between a Volkswagen and a Niva vehicle at the beginning of the village of Aghavnadsor on the Hrazdan-Hankavan highway.

As a result of the accident, 1 person died on the spot, and 4 others sustained injuries of varying degrees. The Niva overturned due to the collision. Bystanders were the first to provide assistance to the injured.

Doctors at the Hrazdan medical center administered first aid to the injured on site before transferring them to the hospital. The police and investigative division are working to determine the identities of the drivers, the deceased, and the injured.
