Armenia to Open Land Border for Georgian Citizens for Three Days

At the request of the Georgian side, Armenia will open its land corridor for Georgian citizens for three days. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to "Novosti Gruziya." It is noted that Georgians returning to their homeland often use the Minsk-Yerevan transit route.

Specifically, on May 1, 8, and 15, Georgian citizens will arrive in Yerevan via a flight from the Belavia airline. The Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will ensure the transportation of passengers back to Georgia by bus from Yerevan.

According to the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if Georgian citizens decide to return to their homeland via Yerevan, they must contact the Georgian consulate in advance to provide the exact number of arrivals.

Upon returning home, Georgian citizens will undergo a medical examination, after which they will be placed in quarantine for 14 days.
