When Will Cafes Reopen? Yerevan's Deputy Mayor Clarifies

Shortly, cafes and restaurants will reopen. This was mentioned today by Yerevan's Deputy Mayor Sergey Harutyunyan during a question-and-answer session at the city council, highlighting that he cannot officially announce anything yet.
