"I also propose to distribute 250,000 drams. It's just not serious for a classic politician," says Alen Simonyan
The opposition today criticizes the government in the National Assembly, which proposes making certain changes to the budget amid the crisis. Representatives of the LHK faction specifically state that 100,000 drams should be distributed to 550,000 needy families.
In response to this proposal, My Step faction MP Alen Simonyan remarked that it is unclear how this assistance should be distributed. He sarcastically suggested, "I also propose to distribute 250,000 drams."
Simonyan also mentioned that there is a politician who predictably knows what plans the government intends to implement; he demands such actions to be carried out and then claims that it was done at his request. The My Step MP joked that even the G20 checks with this politician regarding its actions.
"It's just not serious for a classic politician; it's unserious," said Simonyan.
