The neighborhood consists of wooden shelters that were provided to residents who lost their homes due to an earthquake on a temporary basis. 31 years have passed and the shelters are in extremely poor condition. By the way, the neighborhood is not gasified and heating is done with wood or electricity (one room). The neighborhood is only remembered during election campaigns or in times of tragic events (by the way, there have been casualties due to fires), with false and empty promises.

The shelters are infested with rats and various insects, and most residents suffer from several health issues (fungal infections, pharyngitis, etc.) due to the decayed wood. Currently, the important fact is that the state has no obligation to the residents of this neighborhood, as the previous authorities replaced the temporary nature of the shelters with permanent housing.

I call upon, urge, and plead on behalf of all residents to the relevant authorities to find prompt solutions for this neighborhood; otherwise, the cup of patience is overflowing and surviving in these inhumane conditions is impossible. Thank you for your attention,” he wrote.
