With Great Sadness and Deep Regret, I Received the News of Aso Tavitian's Death: Anna Hakobyan
The wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Anna Hakobyan, made a post on her Facebook page, noting that she received the news of Aso Tavitian’s death with great sadness and deep regret.
“I fondly remember our meetings last year. He was not only a professional who achieved great success but also a bright and inspiring personality. His life's journey is an open lesson for all of us. He believed that the greatest results can be achieved when making money is not an end in itself. He valued education as the greatest investment one could make in a person, a crucial tool for making the world a better place.
Through the 'Tavitian' foundation he created, he helped talented young people of Armenian descent receive high-quality education, expecting only one thing in return: that each of them, one day when given the opportunity, would help another. This is how he was helped when he was young, and this is how he continued the chain of kindness. This chain will be continued by all those whose lives have been decisively impacted by his assistance.
He will live on as long as the chain of goodness he created remains viable. He will live on because the seeds of education he planted will sprout and bear fruit.
I extend my condolences to the family, loved ones, and friends,” wrote Anna Hakobyan.
