Former H1 Journalist Claims Political Persecution at Public Television
Former journalist of Public Television Hasmik Arakelyan has written on her Facebook page: "I have long awaited the day when those who mistreat others will see and feel the shame and pain of their bad behavior on their own skin. Petros Ghazaryan and Margarita Grigoryan have been dismissed from H1. I have not addressed this issue before, but now I am prepared to present various instances of these individuals' behavior in turn.
At Public Television, I have been subjected to political persecution due to my personal connections (I will talk about this in the near future), and for opposing phenomena that contradict professional journalism. Let me just share one thing: I was forced to remove footage of Mikayel Harutyunyan from my report on military construction because there was a political directive to do so. By subjecting me to political persecution and removing me from my job through false collaborations, I am currently contesting this in court. I will speak more about this later.
For now, I just want to say that Mrs. Grigoryan and Mr. Ghazaryan, you have received the boomerang that you threw earlier. And Public Television is still not completely cleansed. All perpetrators and false accusers must also be removed."
