Former Armenian Ambassador to the U.S. Passes Away

Ruben Shugaryan, the first extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Armenia to the United States and former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, passed away this morning in Boston. This was announced by his son on social media.
