Over 1000 New Infections Detected in Iran

In a single day, the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Iran has increased by 1,374, surpassing the total count of 80,000. This data has been reported by Iranian authorities.

The total number of deaths has reached 5,031, with an increase of 73 reported in just one day. However, the number of recovered patients constitutes a significant majority of the confirmed cases. Almost 56,000 people have reportedly recovered from the virus in Iran, with 1,923 new recoveries documented in the last 24 hours.
