By emphasizing the necessity of the release of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and our compatriots held in prisons during the pandemic, you exhibited humanitarian and divine grace, pointing the Armenian people towards the only path of solidarity, kindness, and magnanimity. For centuries, the Armenian Church has played a nation-preserving and constructive role. Even today, under your sacred leadership, it fulfills its divinely assigned mission, for which I express my profound gratitude to you. May the benevolent Lord's hand always be upon our people.”
