Gagik Surenyans Advice to Farmers
The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Hydrometeorology Service, Gagik Surenyans, wrote on his Facebook page: "Dear farmers, considering the fact that cold air currents from the north will continue to impact our country until April 20, we advise not to carry out outdoor seedling work, particularly in the Ararat plain and its foothill areas."
