As of 10:30 AM, the number of COVID-19 infections worldwide has reached 1,432,409, with 82,114 deaths and 302,292 recoveries. The United States continues to be the leader in the number of infections, reporting 400,745 cases, of which 12,873 have resulted in death and 21,711 individuals have recovered.

Spain holds the second position with 141,942 confirmed cases and 14,045 deaths. Italy ranks third with 135,586 infections, 17,127 deaths, and 24,392 recoveries. France has overtaken Germany to claim the fourth position, with 109,069 confirmed cases, 10,328 deaths, and 19,337 recoveries. Germany stands in fifth place with 107,663 infections, 2,016 deaths, and 36,081 recoveries.

China, the epicenter of the outbreak, ranks sixth with 81,802 infections, 3,333 deaths, and 77,279 recoveries. In recent days, new cases in China have been sporadic, with many of the new infections being imported cases.
