Iran's Coronavirus Death Toll Exceeds 4000

In the last 24 hours, 121 people have died in Iran due to the new coronavirus, bringing the total death toll since the outbreak began to 4003.

According to CNN, the latest figures regarding the coronavirus situation in the country were presented on local television by Kianoush Jahanpur, spokesman for the Ministry of Health. He stated that 1997 new infection cases have been recorded in a single day, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 64,586. Currently, there are 35,554 active cases.
