Gunfire Targeted American Company's Oil Field in Iraq
Gunfire has been directed at the oil field of the American company Halliburton in Iraq. This was reported by the РИА Новости agency.
"The attack was carried out with 5 rockets in the western Zubair village of Basra province. One of the rockets fell near the 20th oil well, which is the largest producer of oil," the report specifies.
According to the source, the country's security forces have discovered the device from which the fire was opened, and an investigation is underway.
It is known that during the attack, air alarm signals were heard in the American company's headquarters-residence. There are no reports of casualties or damage.
