Video: 221 Violations Recorded for Non-Compliance with the Chief Sanitary Officer's Decision
The police continue to enforce restrictions on the free movement of individuals to prevent the possible spread of the new coronavirus, following the Chief Sanitary Officer's decision. On April 3, between 9 AM and 3 PM, 221 administrative violation protocols were drawn up for individuals violating isolation or self-isolation rules, or other restrictions on the right to free movement. Since the Chief Sanitary Officer's decision came into effect, and until April 3 at 3 PM, a total of 5,409 individuals have been documented for violations, including 2,395 in the capital and 3,014 in the regions.
“We urge the public once again to strictly limit their movements outside their homes and to go out only in cases of extreme necessity while adhering to the requirements set forth by the Chief Sanitary Officer's decision,” the police statement reads.
