Hovhannes Avetisyan has shared a video on his Facebook page, stating: “This is in the Philippines (source of the video: ABS-CBN news): This can be noted as the first protest in the world arising from social difficulties caused by coronavirus restrictions.

These are people who have taken to the streets simply because they are hungry and are claiming that the government has not provided the promised assistance.

The country’s president has instructed the police that if anyone violates quarantine rules and takes to the streets, they may be shot (link to the president's statement below).
