Today, April 1, a large number of vehicles have become stuck in traffic on the Yerevan-Artashat highway. The reason for this congestion is the inspection work being carried out near the entrance to the capital, due to tighter new restrictions imposed by the governor.

According to News.am, from today until April 12, interregional and regional-Yerevan movement has been restricted, with checkpoints installed at various locations to monitor movement. Public transport is not operating.
