Emergency Situation at Zvartnots Airport

Today at 18:00, passengers of a plane that landed at Zvartnots Airport had a dispute with the airport staff who were there to greet them. The issue arose due to the fact that there was only one thermometer available for individual temperature checks at the airport.

“There were three people filling out papers, but only one measuring temperature,” a passenger told SHANTNEWS.am.

As a result, a large queue formed for arriving passengers, forcing people to wait for a significant amount of time until it was their turn. The social distancing measures were not maintained, and a considerable number of passengers were without face masks.
