VIDEO: Fire Near the Black Fortress Monument in Gyumri

On March 20, at 15:04, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that in Gyumri, Shirak Province, near the Black Fortress monument, grass and accumulated tires were burning in the yard of one of the houses.

A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 15:17 and extinguished by 15:32. Approximately 150 square meters of grass cover and 15 piled tires were partially burned.
