LIVE: Situation on Echmiadzin Roads - How Police and Doctors Are Carrying Out Their Work

Today, the routes operated by the "Echmiadzin BUAT" company connecting Echmiadzin with Yerevan, Masis, Ashtarak, and nearby villages are not in service. The exits from Echmiadzin city are closed with company buses and minibuses shutting down the 24 exits.

It is worth noting that yesterday Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced during a Facebook live stream that starting from 23:00, only 3 out of 27 exits from Echmiadzin city would remain open. The open routes are those leading from Echmiadzin to Ashtarak (in the direction of Shahumyan village), as well as to Yerevan and Masis (in the direction of Voskehat village). Temperature checks will be conducted on-site in these areas.
