This year, the Easter celebrations in the Vatican will be held without the presence of believers to prevent the spread of coronavirus. This was announced by the Prefecture of the Papal Household.
According to RIA Novosti, the Prefecture stated that all ceremonies during Holy Week will take place without the physical presence of the faithful due to the health emergency.
