The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Arayik Harutyunyan, announced on his Facebook page: "Just moments ago, during a consultation, we made several decisions that will contribute to the continuity of educational and sectoral activities. I would like to remind that classes in educational institutions have been postponed at least until March 23.
✅ Guidelines for disinfecting schools will be prepared for regional administrations, along with lists of disinfecting companies and manufacturers of disinfectants to properly organize disinfection and hygiene measures in educational institutions before classes can resume in the future.
✅ Online platforms will be organized to ensure the continuity of education for students in educational institutions as much as possible.
✅ Lists of vulnerable groups among the ministry's employees have been prepared for remote work arrangements.
✅ As of tomorrow, strict measures will be implemented in the ministry as part of anti-epidemic actions, including temperature checks for employees, hand sanitization, and more.
✅ It has been instructed to work with museums and theaters to develop and compile a list of online programs to ensure students' cultural and educational engagement during this period of restrictions.
