Nork Infectious Disease Hospital to Serve Only Patients with Suspected and Confirmed COVID-19

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia announces that due to the current situation, the Nork Infectious Disease Hospital has been repurposed and will now serve only patients with suspected and confirmed COVID-19.

All other patients with infectious diseases have been transferred to other hospitals. We urge the public not to obstruct the normal functioning of the hospital, to think about their own safety, and not to take recordings around the hospital, respecting the privacy rights of citizens and medical confidentiality.

As of now, there are 8 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
