Take Action: Robert Hayrapetyan

Member of the "NO" campaign for the constitutional changes referendum, lawyer Robert Hayrapetyan has posted photos on his Facebook page, stating: "I appeal to the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia. There are campaign panels installed at the entrances of residential areas in Baghramyan 1 notarized area. Campaign posters can only be placed in locations permitted by law, which, by definition, does not include common areas. I urge the Central Electoral Commission to take immediate action to eliminate these violations and to identify those who installed the campaign panels containing the posters."
