VIDEO: We Start the Meeting Without Handshakes Due to Coronavirus, Says Prime Minister

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is on a working visit to Brussels.

“Due to the coronavirus spreading in Belgium, we will start the meeting with President of the European Council Charles Michel without handshakes,” he wrote.
