VIDEO: Sometimes politicians are more dangerous than the virus, Tusk to Pashinyan

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Donald Tusk, President of the European People's Party, in Brussels. This was reported by Pashinyan on his Facebook page, along with a video of the meeting.

Unlike his earlier meeting with European Council President Charles Michel, during which they did not shake hands, the meeting with Tusk started with a handshake and humor. Pashinyan asked whether they should shake hands, to which Tusk replied that there was no problem, adding humorously, “Sometimes politicians are more dangerous than the virus.”

It is worth noting that just days prior, former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with Tusk.

Recall that the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) was registered in late December 2019 in Wuhan, a city of 12 million people in central China. The World Health Organization declared it a global health emergency, describing it as a pandemic with multiple outbreaks. The number of reported coronavirus infections worldwide has surpassed 100,000.
