The Case of Hrayr Tovmasyan and Norair Panosyan Has Been Sent to Court
The accusation conclusion regarding the President of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, and his associate Norair Panosyan has been confirmed, and the case has been sent to court. This was reported by Arevik Khachatryan, head of the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor's Office, in an interview with Hraparak.
It is noteworthy that on February 18, the preliminary investigation of the case was completed, and the materials of the case were provided to the parties for review.
Hrayr Tovmasyan and Norair Panosyan are charged under Article 308, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (abuse of official authority, leading to serious consequences due to negligence). Information about this criminal case became public in the autumn of 2019. On September 28, charges were brought against Norair Panosyan, and later, on December 28, against Hrayr Tovmasyan.
