Campaigning During Working Hours: Melikyan on the Governor

The representative of the 'No' campaign, Ruben Melikyan from 'Legal Path', made a post on Facebook regarding a clear violation.

“Another evident violation. There is no information in official sources indicating that the Ararat region governor was on leave on March 6, Friday. However, on that day, during working hours (12:24), he made a pro 'Yes' campaign post. This is a violation of the constitutional law on referendums. We await the governor's clarification,” wrote Melikyan.
