This is Our Understanding of National Policy: Nikol Pashinyan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "When last year we sent a monitoring mission to the local self-government elections in Artsakh from an Armenian organization, certain forces described it as an 'anti-national conspiracy.' And now, as a result, Artsakh has found itself on the map of the world's democracies. This is our understanding of national policy."
