Deputy Minister of Health Visits Child Victim of Violence: Arsen Torosyan

Arsen Torosyan, the Deputy Minister of Health of Armenia, posted on his Facebook page: "By my instruction, Deputy Minister of Health Artem Simbatelyan visited the 'Holy Mother of God' medical center to meet with the 13-year-old child victim of violence who was transferred from Gyumri to the capital.

According to doctors' assessment, the child's condition remains extremely serious, and they are on artificial respiration. The medical team is taking all necessary measures to save the child's life."
