Putin and Erdogan Reach Agreement

The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, have agreed on establishing a ceasefire in the Idlib province of Syria. Erdoğan announced this following hours of negotiations with Putin.
The ceasefire in Idlib, where the Spring Shield military operation continues, is set to take effect on the night of March 6, starting precisely at midnight. It was also decided that joint Russian-Turkish patrols on the M4 highway in Idlib province will begin on March 15.
