In accordance with an agreement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, the OSCE mission conducted a planned observation of the ceasefire regime on March 4 along the contact line between Artsakh and Azerbaijan, specifically in the northeastern direction of the Hadrut region.

This information was provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.

The observation was carried out from the positions of the Artsakh Defense Army by Mikhail Olaru (Moldova), a field assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office (PR CiO), and Martin Schuster (Germany), an employee of the PR CiO office. From the opposing side, the observation was conducted by Gennadiy Petrika (Moldova), another field assistant to the PR CiO, and Simon Tyler (Great Britain), the personal assistant to the PR CiO.

The observation proceeded according to the planned schedule; however, the Azerbaijani side did not withdraw the OSCE mission from its forward positions. Representatives from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense of the Republic of Artsakh accompanied the observation mission.
