Video: Russian Citizen Paid 25,000 to Taxi Driver to Take Him Alone from Tsaghkadzor, Gevorg Petrosyan
Tsarukyan stated clearly that Tsaghkadzor is empty; anyone who doubts it should go and see for themselves. Tsarukyan even offered to provide the car himself.
