Since Our First Meeting, Armenian-Georgian Relations Have Had Positive Developments: Pashinyan in Georgia

The official visit of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to Georgia continues. The head of the Armenian government was hosted by Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili.

Welcoming the Armenian Prime Minister, Mrs. Zourabichvili highly appreciated the friendly relations between the two countries and noted that the issues and initiatives discussed in today’s meetings would serve as a new impetus for the further development and strengthening of relations.

Nikol Pashinyan expressed his happiness for the opportunity to meet with Mrs. Zourabichvili during his official visit to Georgia and to discuss the prospects for deepening and developing the relations between the two countries.

"It is pleasing to meet you once again. I can note that since our first meeting, Armenian-Georgian relations have had positive developments," said Nikol Pashinyan, expressing confidence that new opportunities for the development of inter-state cooperation would be outlined during the visit.

Nikol Pashinyan and Salome Zourabichvili discussed several agenda items concerning Armenian-Georgian relations. The discussions continued over an official lunch.
