Putin and Merkel Discuss Idlib Issue
Russian President Vladimir Putin held a phone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, during which both parties expressed hope that the high-level Russian-Turkish meeting on March 5 in Moscow would be fruitful.
This was reported by the Kremlin’s press service. It is noted that the phone conversation took place at the initiative of the German side.
